paper thin walls uncomfortable bed
the staff seemed helpful. it was acceptable.
I had real problems with noise, it was impossible to sleep. the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from other rooms. also, the bed was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring.

a fairly standard stay
bathroom hairs poor shower pressure
the staff was friendly enough, i guess.
the room was not great. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the shower pressure was basically nonexistent. it was like i was trying to rinse off under a leaky faucet, honestly it's not what I expected.

a good seaside stay
helpful receptionist detailed directions
the staff were really supportive i found the receptionist catia fantastic as she helped me with directions to the bus station she printed out a map and even booked my ticket. the room included a tea and coffee maker plus they provided water which was lovely after a long journey. i really appreciated the extra assistance with my travel plans as it eased my journey.
i noticed the bathroom could use some updating the taps on the sink were a bit loose. the shower pressure was quite weak and it only dribbled so it wasn't very refreshing. i hope they fix this issue .

solid stay, good location
requested fan comfortable night helpful staff
I requested a fan because the room got quite warm. a fan arrived later that day. It helped ensure a comfortable few nights. the staff provided helpful directions. i felt secure even though the weekend was busy.
the tv in my room had no signal! there was no phone to contact reception directly. i had no hot water in the room for two days.
